1. Ordering from www.kitchenutensils.co.uk

1.1 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt of payment but does not guarantee order fulfilment due to rare extenuating circumstances.

1.2 Special offers or discount codes may be removed or withdrawn at any time, even after order completion.

1.3 Orders are subject to eligibility verification. Age confirmation may be required before dispatch with age restricted items ie Knives/Scissors, these products will also require ID when delivered.

1.4 Products may be removed from sale without notice for safety or operational reasons.

1.5 We may withhold delivery if payment is suspected to be fraudulent.

1.6 You may be required to provide personal details, including name, contact info, and payment information, upon request.

2. Prices

2.1 All prices listed are final and exclusive of extra charges.

2.2 Errors may occur; we reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing and will refund payments promptly.

2.3 If payment fails:

• Delivery may be withheld.
• There is no obligation to dispatch goods.
• Prices may change if payment is made later.

2.5 Age verification is required for certain products. Delays in verification may affect dispatch.

2.6 Age verification is conducted via OneID.uk using official identification data. Failed checks provide a second validation opportunity.

3. Delivery of Goods

3.1 Free delivery is offered for orders over £25 (usually 3 working days, not guaranteed).

3.2 Delays caused by our couriers are beyond our control.

3.3 Next-day delivery is guaranteed if ordered before 2PM Monday–Thursday (excluding holidays).

3.4 We are not liable for losses caused by delivery delays, without affecting your statutory rights.

3.5 Ownership and responsibility of goods pass to you upon receipt. Faulty goods can still be returned if in the same condition, without misuse.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements

4.1 Unwanted items can be returned within 14 working days. Returns labels can be provided with the cost taken off any refund amount. Items must be unused and sealed.

4.2 Faulty goods may be returned within 90 days, replacements/refunds for faulty goods can be provided within 6 months of purchased once received back to us and inspected, the returns label for this will be free. Returns by post are at your risk. Refunds include the item cost and original delivery fee if fault is verified.

4.3 Customers are responsible for returning items. Lost returns without tracking will not be refunded.
